      Only focused on the number of billable hours

      Pros

      Company has reasonable benefits and salary.

      Cons

      The billable hours that are targeted to reach are unreachable unless you plan to work 80 hours a week as there are no allowances for training, mentoring or weekly team meetings in the billable goal.

      Politics and weak culture

      WFH opportunities, Flexible PTO, decent compensation

      Cons

      Never have felt so stressed with a company. They are continually changing, very political, no strong culture at the corporate location, outdated systems. Sleek website and marketing hide an overall weak company.

      Not the best for a new to the workforce employee

      Pros

      Small intimate team. Could work remote if you wanted.

      Cons

      Did not provide any training to help me be good at my job. I was expected to learn everything on my own or from my peers who were always on site with clients and almost impossible to get a hold of at times. Very bottleneck type of management at times.
