      Pros

      This company is best described as a stepping stone — decent for gaining initial experience, but not ideal for long-term growth or career advancement. While it may help you get your foot in the door, most employees quickly realize it’s not a place to build a lasting career.

      Cons

      Severely underpaid for the amount of work expected. No clear path for advancement or professional growth. Management lacks transparency and accountability. Toxic work environment with poor communication and constant micromanagement. High turnover and low morale across teams. Benefits are minimal and not competitive with industry standards.

      Pros

      Sikich strives to deliver the highest level of service and expertise to its clients and will employ all resources necessary to do so. This results in superior technology and people resources throughout the organization. Employee benefits are very competitive as is flexible time off policy.

      Cons

      Client needs are the priority. Although there is emphasis on work-life balance, client needs determine workflows. There can be limited opportunities for career advancement at senior (pre-management) levels.
