We conduct regular compensation benchmarking that show our pay ranges are at least at or, in many cases, above the 50th percentile. To arrive at our comparisons, we utilize only best practice, industry-standard salary surveys that appropriately account for our business lines and geographies and are accumulated from our actual peer set.
