      the best part of my job is going home.

      Cons

      100 hour weeks during busy season at most levels, unless you are one of the partners’ buddies. Constant turnover. Ever-changing processes that are created by people who don’t actually do the work. Bonuses are really bad, if you even get one.

      Not a Great Time

      Pros

      Gain experience with a lot of different features in the technology. You will learn a lot because you work a lot.

      Cons

      Billable hours are all that are cared about. In my department there was absolutely no work/life balance. The pay is ok but not the best in the industry by far. Unlimited PTO is a joke. I took 7 days in one year when they boast that employees are required to take a minimum of 4 weeks. I was also made to feel like taking time off was a sin. Really hard to get clear expectations out of managers. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. PS - I have no idea how this place has won an award for being "Best Place to Work" - it must be paid for.
