FTO, good resume builder and good pay.

Cons

Awful and expensive healthcare. Some of the most toxic leadership ever and a failing sense of morale. Principals and managing principals value profits over people and will outwardly express it. This place will make you “sick” and leaving you “itch” ing to leave.

Cons

A lot of bad behavior is excused and accommodated. Undermining childish managers throwing fits when they don't get their way. Despite exceeding my targets, I just got pushed to make up for losses elsewhere in my division.
