Pros

Great experience working with teammates. Remote first environment. Good time off.

Cons

After Bain Capital became shareholders, the company began trimming a lot of fat. Layoffs began at the US Management level. Seemed like a good company at first, but it turned out they only care about profits over people.

We appreciate that you've taken the time to share your personal views. However, we want to be clear that Bain Capital has a minority stake in our business, to help fund our acquisitive growth strategy. The company has not been going through layoffs of any kind. Sometimes, a role is simply not fit and, in parts of our business where client engagements are staffed by project, we from time to time have to restructure teams around engagement cycles. They have some decent benefits.

Cons

Manager did not care about the quality of audit work that was being put out, instead tried to get jobs done as quickly as possible and with as little input from them. When an issue arised with one of the audits issued, upper management did correct the situation however did not provide any assistance after, just fixed the issue and wanted to act like it didn't happen.
