Our employee handbook is reviewed each year, with new additions, clarifications and detailed explanations. Beyond this, each employee has a dedicated human capital representative they can go to with questions or concerns if they do not feel comfortable addressing their direct supervisor. Lastly, our IT helpdesk team works around the clock to ensure everyone has access to the proper technology and software so our team members can adequately do their job.
