      Pros

      In my experience with Sikich, they really do stand behind their stated goals of doing what is right, and doing it honestly and with integrity. They also talk a lot about room for personal growth, and I've seen them follow through with this in many cases, across many of the company's fields and product lines. Overall, it's a solid, positive place to work.

      Cons

      It's easy to get lost in a large firm. They've taken some steps recently to make sure that everyone has the support and assistance they need internally.

      Growing company, flexible, lots of training, decent amount of paid time off, longevity bonus, casual dress, broad client exposure

      Cons

      Lack of clearly defined expectations for promotions- too dependent on varying factors and sometimes is not consistent, pressure to sell services on staff of all experience levels, budgeted and actual hours, chargeable and non-chargeable percentages made public to co-workers monthly
