Good work-life balance schedule, not an obsessive amount of supervision, gym access, snacks, friendly coworkers

Cons

Pay could be better, no 401k match, no bonuses

Pros

Absolutely none. Some co-workers are nice.

Cons

Very very less pay. Zero WLB. More than half of the team sits in India and have no clue what they’re doing. CEO and his mindset sucks. He micromanages even the interns. Managers are all BS and HR is CEO’s puppet No growth No learning
