Pros
Good pay and benefits, climate controlled environment, easy work, 2x year bonuses
Cons
Terrible management and HR department. Silfex used to be a great place to work. Core values have become non existent. Raises are no longer performance based. Advancement is based on favoritism not experience or seniority. There is no longer a sense of pride in a job well done, nor is it encouraged. Managers and supervisors alike now bully and intimidate for quantity over quality. Serious lack of communication and respect from upper management.
