Pros

Some outstanding innovations. Small town - no traffic or parking issues. Plenty of social opportunities within the company. Decent schedule with adequate time off (personal and vacation). Pay was better than average.

Cons

Communication is severely lacking from management to the floor. Very much a 'good ol' boy' mentality. They do not promote from within - unless you are willing to sacrifice your soul and become a 'yes man'.

Pros

There is no question that the benefits are good. Stock given to salary personnel as well as a yearly bonus. Pay is good for being in Eaton Ohio. Fairly flexable with time and they are willing to work around schedules.

Cons

The management could be better. Some managers have a lot to learn in dealing with people. They speak a lot about Ken Blanchard in management styles yet none of that is followed. Having Lam as a parent company proves tough as everything that is done has to be presented to them.

Pros

Nice to work mostly unsupervised. Plenty of personal time and vacation time to start. Benefits are pretty good compared to other companies.

Cons

Lam Research took over and now it is very hard to get hired. People don't get equally paid for the same skill sets.
