Pros

Above average health care with employee stock program. Nice people to work with. Clean environment.

Cons

Controlled by outside source. Needs to expand, instead pushing everything harder to accommodate demand.

Pros

Really good benefits. Good Healthcare at a reasonable cost. Dental and Vision available for a little more. Pay is good. I've been told it used to be a lot better. Work areas are clean. Some nice people work here.

Cons

Hiring more and more temporary workers Everything is top priority and an emergency Forgot that workers are humans and not just resources A big raise is 3%, most are 2% or less Lack of focus from the leadership Given up on LEAN principles and lost all of the hard work done to get there.

Pros

Good pay and benefits, Climate controlled within plant. Hopefully will start hiring some old school managers that will not become buddies with a select few emmployees.

Cons

Not many opportunities for people on floor. Middle management has a way of taking care of there buddies on floor. Upper management is totally incoherent to the problems on the plant floor. Talking about 12hr work day/7 day work week.
