-12 HOUR SHIFTS!!!! HORRIBLE! If you have a family and a happy life do not work here. It’s nearly impossible to have an enjoyable life on this schedule. -Upper management doesn’t seem to care that it’s going downhill fast. I’ve worked here over 10 years and the past 2-3 have been absolutely horrible and there seem to be no stopping the carnage. Employee moral is at an all time low and management ignores it. - HR is laughable and they don’t care about your safety, especially on 12 hour shifts. We have to work on every holiday and just go ahead and write church out of your life. It’s very sad to see all this happening. -Plant manager isn’t worth the mentioning. -It is impossible to better yourself in the company for education reimbursement plan. You cannot juggle life responsibilities, 12 hour shifts and college classes. -Overall the lies, misinformation, accountability and care for the average employee life and family are what’s driving the company down. We have lost a lot of good knowledgeable workers, engineers and managers due to the lack of care and performance recently. I hope it changes for the better but over the past 10 years it’s been take, take, take from the worker and ZERO! gives to the worker.

-12 HOUR SHIFTS -12 HOUR SHIFTS -12 HOUR SHIFTS 12 hour shifts make it incredibly difficult to have a life outside of work, it's impossible to find childcare 13 plus hours a day, it'snearly impossible to take advantage of benefits like tuition reimbursement when you work 24/7 12 hour rotations. -We went from an excellent retirement/pension plan to a run of the mill 401k plan after Lam bought us out. -HR Department is laughable and they can't keep good people IMHO due to the managerThe good ones we do hire quickly see who their boss is and they are gone with the wind). -There have been so many broken promises to the hourly employees that the atmosphere has become on of constant mistrust of managment's motives at every turn.
