Silfex is the best employer I've ever had, at least so far (after a bit over a year). The entire corporation's mentality us all about being inclusive, healthy, and having a positive atmosphere. They are very sensitive to work life balance and in cultivating the whole person, to the point where they even subsidize healthy lifestyles and habits with an annual stipend for certain purchases toward that end. Add to the healthy corporate culture the fact that the IT team that I work with is fantastic, very supportive of each other and quite strong on mentoring the least experienced among us. I would not choose to be anywhere else after over a year of being here. I feel valued and included and I plan to stay here until I retire.
