      Pros

      I work with good people, pay is great with stock options and we have the best benefits around

      Cons

      Not a lot of food options around, can eat from the cafeteria vending or need to pack lunch. Cant wait for some better restaurants to open in the area.

      Cons

      Rapid growth has made some gaps where mature process need developed. Company can be slow at times to make a decision, but takes the time to ensure it's the right one.
