      Rotating 4 on 4 off 12 hour shifts Overtime readily available

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime HSA healthcare system Extremely high turnover 50 managers and 100+ employees in last 10 years. Management is looking out for themselves not others from floor management to plant management.

      If properly manned not a horrible job,waning decent benefits and pension.

      Cons

      Inept management,wont listen to employees,never at full staff so you will be required to do several jobs at once,mandatory and forced overtime 60-72 hrs a week.

      Decent pay. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Work life balance. Management will throw anyone under the bus to cover their butt. Turnover rate is high which causes alot of downtime and scrap. They will tell you any bs to get you in the door.
