Good pay, lots of hours (when allowed or is convenient to Senior workers), offers a lot of experience in manufacturing, chances to make management when it's convenient.

Cons

Benefits are going away more and more, lots of lazy or rude workers, bad mentors, repulsive supervisors, management is ludicrous, horrible sleep schedule, unfair treatment, little to no training, and no room for growth or raises.
