      Rotating shifts, you never know what shift you will be working. You only get 48hrs advanced notice. To demanding, stress lever through the roof.

      There is not so many competitors so the business is stable

      Cons

      One of the worst work environments I've ever experienced. Too much dramas and favoritism. What the management says is what is right even though many times they're not right. Your performance is not fairly considered for promotion. No diversity.
