okay place to work but not very understanding with heath issues

Pros

good co-workers, great salary, good benefits, most jobs are not that hard for what they pay, union job makes it a plus.

Cons

unfair supervision, lots of between workers drama, management not fair when it comes to individuals with issues causing them to miss work, not understanding company when it comes to physical disablities, no jobs for people with any disablities even temporary ones.

Great job for a kid in college.

Good work experience for a college kid, as well as a near guarantee of a supervisor position with a decent starting salary when you graduate college, as long as you show up and do your job as asked.

Cons

Takes a long time for an intern to truly be involved with what really matters, "The machines and how they work" Mandatory 50 hour weeks when you don't have class and little to no days off.

Pros

Decent pay/benefits. They will pay to re locate you. Normal amount of vacation and days off. Some off site team building.

Cons

Abusive management. Has no regard for family. No work/life balance. Ever changing schedule. Excessive demands of your time. They expect you to be on call even on scheduled days off. No guidance but will blame you for everything when things don't go right. They'll pay to relocate you here, but if it doesn't work out, you are in the middle of nowhere. Ask them how many managers have left the company in the past 12 months. It will be eye opening. Take a job here and you'll find out why the hard way. It may pay OK, but don't be fooled, it isn't worth it.
