Can't think of any, there really are no Pros working for this company, it's a job but you can do better anywhere else.

Cons

management gets paid once a month, and it's NEVER on time, you are expected to work a minimum of 60+ hours a week and that means nights and days, 12 hour shifts. So if you pay bills with your paycheck, better plan way ahead because you will not be paid when you are suppose to. Like working for this place is not bad enough, you have to worry if you will be able to pay your house payment on time. They tout work life balance, what a joke.

There are zero pros this place is horrible.

Cons

Management sucks and they force all newbies overtime not caring if you get sleep or have kids at home. They simply don't care. And hr didn't care when I told her about the sexual harassment I was dealing with. Even with the proof I was a "liar"

The machines, don't work properly, they always micky mouse it, said! From supervisors to engineer's and management, a very hot mess. I don't see no real future for them. Know one knows what they are doing, form top to bottom.
