Cons

The machines, don't work properly, they always micky mouse it, said! From supervisors to engineer's and management, a very hot mess. I don't see no real future for them. Know one knows what they are doing, form top to bottom.

Pros

None, other than going home at the end of the day. Once every four years they get all of IT together to meet each other and get a company update.

Cons

A lot of pressure to never spend money. It's manufacturing, they can barely survive. Not to mention that they got caught violating software licenses and had to pay huge 6 figure fines. Less than inflation raises. Medical benefits are horrible, nobody who is married is on their plan. A third week of vacation awarded after 5 years!
