      Pros

      My personal experience has been a relatively low stress environment. Steady sales = steady work. They try on a (corporate level) to promote safety and continuous improvement. The pay is good for the work load demanded.

      Cons

      They are not staffed to promote safety and continuous improvement (not enough people. Poor communication within plant management and poor care of hourly moral. band aid fixes on equipment are accepted instead of long term fixes.

      Pros

      If you have thick skin and can take hearing racial slurs and jokes all day, don’t mind workplace disparity in treatment and punishment this is the place for you!

      Cons

      Favoritism played by upper management and supervisors. Front office clerk will spread your personal business if you call off and even twist your reasoning for calling off. No accountable unless your minority. Have to listen to indirect racial jokes etc while sitting in the break room at times. If you don’t have thick skin and can’t take racial slurs, conver
