Pros
A lot of overtime and pay scale is good. But prepare to put 120% of your energy into the plant work force. Employee very helpful and been there for 30 plus years with the transition of Campbell soup being shut down. I can see it in theses old timer toughing it out until they retire so they get their pension plan.
Cons
Job title is mechanic, but your the operator, quality, and mechanic. Machines breaks down then you fix it while operating other machines and get those quality checks every hour. Felt like I was doing three person job. Very olddddd building and being told the water is non potable.
