Pros

Work week schedule is 3-4-4-3 which is nice because of the 3 day weekend. With a rotating schedule every 18 weeks gets you a week off. Good pay and okay benefits.

Cons

Rotating schedule is a drain on the body going between days and nights every 6 weeks. And working weekends for 12 weeks in a row could hamper plans with the rest of you friends that work normal shifts
