      Pros

      None, None, None,None , Ok pay . It's a union shop so there is alot of longtime employees with lots of experience. Was a stable full time job.

      Cons

      Long hours ,unorganized ,Very stressful ,unappreciated , extremely hot . Management under qualified but thinks they know all. Don't work with employees. No team work or communication .

      They put injured workers on unemployment to avoid opening workmens comp claim. If you get hurt they call you in to yell at you,like you did it on purpose.

      Pros

      Can't think of any, there really are no Pros working for this company, it's a job but you can do better anywhere else.

      Cons

      management gets paid once a month, and it's NEVER on time, you are expected to work a minimum of 60+ hours a week and that means nights and days, 12 hour shifts. So if you pay bills with your paycheck, better plan way ahead because you will not be paid when you are suppose to. Like working for this place is not bad enough, you have to worry if you will be able to pay your house payment on time. They tout work life balance, what a joke.
