      Hot old machines no leadership no training zero safety standards filthy dangerous list goes on and on. There’s a joke that we the lights swings it of the youth of the 30s when they worked there.

      Work four days and then you're off four days.

      Cons

      The place is falling apart, management is falling apart, the two or so maintenence guys don't like to get their tools or clothes dirty. So you are essentially on your own.
