      Benefits and Pay were good.

      Cons

      The old White Cap was a great organization built with a solid group of professionals. They absorbed Portola, which was a failing company with a failing management team, and completely changed the culture.

      There is no pros to this place. I was stressed the entire 2-3 weeks I was there before I was wrongfully let go for others mistakes

      The schedule, The coverage of union at the day of start, the benefits don’t start day one, Training was very unclear and all over the place, during orientation, everything the employees do is backwards, and there’s nothing you can do about it since they have seniority
