Pros

Prestigious company, long standing executive team, knows the business well. Meets or beats Street expectations.

Cons

Suffers when the economy and deal pipeline cools. Getting so big, now highly, highly scrutinized by bank examiners, so going through painful governance, risk management, compliance control improvement. In 2021 a new leader joined to lead security. That leader is now gone. It was an unnecessary debacle. Senior leader hires should be interviewed thoroughly and vetted well.

Pros

Nothing worth really noting. Maybe the remote flexibilty

Cons

Audit is terribly understaffed and underpaid. Salaries and bonuses are NOT on par with similar banks. Not enough senior/lead/managers. Too much work and too many hours. "Unlimited PTO" is a complete joke. Audit methodology is terrible here. Management is very out of touch.
