Pros

The salary. The pubs near by to drown your sorrows lol.

Cons

Lack of training provided to new starters . AWFUL managers. If you're not part of a clique within the company, then you will not do well.

Pros

Only if you please lady head of global operations you will get what you want. Be her slave and keep working. Female Global Operations head not worked anything since she joined.

Cons

Beware of Female Global Operations head. She will treat you like her slave. She has just joined this bank to get transferred to the USA. Her only target is to get transferred to the US. She is just buttering to First Citizen bank leadership for a role in USA. In India she feels all are slave. Worst lady head of Global Operations

Pros

Trying to enforce a workplace that is culturally diverse

Cons

Management are lazy and you have to pick up the slack for them whilst not getting any credit. There is also a culture of bullying, even from senior management in HR (very ironic). It's each man for itself in this company and people will trample all over you to get to the top. I would stay away from working here.
