Pros

Flexible hours Employee friendly protocols Good pay Office amenities such as furniture, food, cab etc...

Cons

Earlier the management was good. I even got my salary to market level because of my manager. But, the situation has become worst in the recent past. Micro management, not providing opportunities to grow, unfair in promotions, Bias, pathetic exit protocol.

Pros

SVB is the industry leader in tech banking the access to the innovation economy that jobs at SVB bring is reflective of this. The people are also phenomenal to work with. T

Cons

here are undoubtedly growing pains that are felt via red tape, but that's to be expected with a financial institution growing this quickly.
