Pros

The teams have flexible work timings In office cafeteria with quality food and free pantry items

Cons

Recently went through turbulent time with Bankruptcy and got acquired by FCB. The deal for the Indian entity is still going on legally since March and expected to conclude by Q1 2024 which is causing uncertainty for sometime.
