Pros

Good benefits, work/life balance, nice office, free canteen, flexible working

Cons

Rush to hire new people and new joiners aren’t good fit for roles, big amount of budget spent on contractors for projects going nowhere. Lack of strong leadership team and well experienced bankers. Poor 2nd line coverage.
