- Benefits package is first class - Social company to work for - Opportunity to travel to US - Great office location

Cons

- If you're not in the clicky gang you're going nowhere. - Despite the connection to tech systems are aging and creaky - Now established in UK the culture has got more cut-throat - Office is over-crowded

-extremely political and clique-ish -Information sharing is not as good as it should be. groups tend to work in silos - HR is not helpful or useful -lack of focus on talent development
