Pros

The culture at SVB is very employee focused and has been a welcome change from some of the other banks out there. Benefits are some of the best in not only the banking industry but across most industries. The company is constantly adapting to keep up with its technology and life sciences clients.

Cons

Opportunities for advancement are somewhat specific to the regions where the Bank is most heavily concentrated. The hiring process is fairly lengthy from start to finish.
