      Benefits are awesome and company is very focused on work life balance for employees. There is much flexibility in meeting business and personal needs.

      Cons

      SVB has an established way of doing things that is very slow to change. They have been very successful however every company has opportunities to improve.

      Pros

      The Corporate Culture is amazing, everyone is very friendly and the bank pays attention to all the employees and make sure they are having personal growth.

      Cons

      The ability to move around the company and apply internally. A lot of different systems that are not connected. Also the Human Resource Staffing Timeline.

      Pros

      Stock price continues to rise, no lack of work. Constant stream of new people coming and going. No lack of assignments.

      Cons

      Management inflexible, politically motivated, unrealistic, clique-ish, motivated by CYA and preserving fiefdoms rather than realistic and fresh approaches to solve current internal and industry standard issues. Assignments highly matrixed, with constant interruptions for fluctuating priorities. No realistic approach to covering production issues vs. 'new' development. Scapegoating as a result.
