Plenty of opportunity for growth, incredible experience with the best training you could possibly ask for, Very open , communicative environment, A company that is all about giving back to the community. A hardowrking yet at the same time fun place to work. Everyone is like family #silkfam and just an overall amazing place to work!

Cons

The hours do differentiate with some late night shifts but really not that bad at all and can be very rewarding
