-friendly coworkers -good for teamwork while still having room for independent tasks -always room to improve

Cons

-will underpay you and will get annoyed for wage readjustments -HR is virtually nonexistent half the time and will look for any reason to drop you -job security also depends on the housing market -CEO acts immature in meetings -they tried making us submit positive glassdoor reviews while on the clock
