Pros
They are flexible and willing to listen if they are not busy. The COO is a good guy but he is under Upper Management's thumb as are other managers, however he is the only MGR most respect.
Cons
UM expects robotic work - if you get up to use the bathroom, you are followed and if you make a detour to the kitchen for some water or a soda, you are questioned. Department heads are not always formal, however some depts. have assumed managers. Many times here people are belittled and screamed at or worse manipulated under feigned friendly behavior. The worst language here - people swearing at others, calling them every name in the book just for a reaction. Must be one of the inner circle for job security
