We regret that you felt the companies, Blue Cross & Blue Shield National plan that is subsidized by the company did not meet your needs. We are always reviewing the plan on an annual basis to improve the coverage as well as costs, in an ever raising insurance market. Our pay scale and PTO is above average for the industry, but will take time to review it as well. we really appreciate the feedback as we are a growing company and are always open to suggestions.

Pros

Well defined roles and everyone knows what needs to be done on a daily basis. Executive management is very approachable and there doors are always open for questions or concerns. The employees are very knowledgable and will help you even if they are busy. All in all this is a place that I enjoy coming to Monday through Friday and I think it's due to the atmosphere of the office and getting the necessary training to succeed.

Cons

Not a con, but more events in the office would be fun.
