Potential Employees Beware!

Pros

Occasional free meals were provided

Cons

You will get chewed up and spit out without a second thought. Executive management is extremely arrogant and shady. Everything they do is psychological warfare. You need to suck up to the Executive management to survive, and even that might not save you. The senior and middle management is full of "yes men and women." If you want to believe the fake positive reviews for this company, you probably would have enjoyed the Kool Aid in Jonestown.

Pros

I really can't think of one. It was a nightmare.

Cons

The owner, Ron Wilk, is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. He tends to overreact and become unhinged over the smallest things quickly. He will scream at employees on the floor. This creates a trickle down effect where his managers also scream at employees on the floor. I worked there for 9 months, and I wish I got out sooner. Also, the pay was terrible and we had an unrealistic bonus structure. In order to get a bonus we needed to close at least 50 loans total per month as a team. The issue? We were only getting 30-40 loans per month. It was an impossible goal, and the toxic environment was no help.

Pros

They are opened minded individuals who have goals and a strategy set in place to achieve them. #1 being the culture of our team. I love it! It's like no other job I've had. The opportunity for growth is all yours if you just have the right attitude and are ready to learn.

Cons

It can get pretty cold in the office.
