1. Poor human resource team compared to other companies of the same industry with minimal existence and function. Rarely to never see any improvement project being done by human resource team that is employee benefit related. Overall poor performance compared to company of the same industry. 2. Low budget employee related activity. 3. Low basic salary compared to most companies of the same industry. Below average. In short, anything related to employee budget is low here. No team building among employees, even if there is , it is subjected to your sectional boss.
