Pros
Guess that stable QB is the only benefit here. Though the percentage was low.
Cons
A lot. First things first, the HR management was terrible. Orientation was not clear, employee handbook was outdated. Not all benefits were stated in the handbook. I was told by another senior about the leaves before the festive season. None of the HR told me this. Please don't bother asking things from HR, all they say is I don't know. Salary-wise also, they will try their best to lower your salary, and give you around 2%-3% increment annually. Work from home was not allowed. While Germany team can just work from home. And their annual leaves are a lot more than us. Said want to follow HQ culture, ended up just the kiasu Singapore culture.
