Good and bright company only if you are the specific racial. Say yes for everything no matter what to keep your life easier. Flexible working hour and the kopi are nice. Eloquent ppl have more advantages despite skilless especially the specific racial.

Cons

Salary cap was below the market. Don't expect anything if you are not the specific racial especially in Engineering team.
