Biased company. Not for locals with family . Management is mainly foreign talent and very bias for own nationality.

Raw material wafer manufacturing. Stable even during covid.

Cons

Biased management. No work life balance especially for Singaporean with family here.. preference for foreign workers more obvious as they stuck here(covid) and can work non stop
