Mostly good but grossly underpaid for the market.

Good vacation and sick policies.

Cons

Lower pay, no accountability of management. Management shuffled incompetent good ol boys whenever someone was caught with their pants down. Went dirt cheap on health care providers. When shuffle happens those that thought they were on a career path get their legs cut out.

Having a really good supervisor that would listed and was willing to help was a big plus. Good hours and relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Pay was okay. Only got very small raises for the many years that I worked there.

Unlike some of the other semiconductor companies, the company does not require workers to work beyond their stipulated working hours. Usually employees would knock off work promptly to get on to the company bus.

Cons

There is limited upside in career advancement as well as pay increment.
