Pros

Making money is never really an issue, especially once you are seasoned. Many people that come through the doors are regulars and know what to expect when they come in to eat. The managers really show concern for the staff and the guests and will do whatever they feel is right, always showing integrity. The potential to grow is always there as there are so many positions, from managers to corporate trainers, and even Vice Presidents. The VP started as a manager, and many GM's started as dish washers. ITS A GREAT PLACE.

Cons

Non that I can think of. Some people find it a negative that we cater to families, which means that we have a lot of children come in, especially on nights and weekends. However, in my opinion, if you are going to serve the public, you have to be able to handle most people and age groups.

Pros

- The managers are amazing - Managers encourage you to ask for help always - It's a fun enviornment and great way to meet new people - Managers are understanding when it comes to your schedule - Tips are good most of the time, especially in the summer during break - The food is really good - You learn a lot of new skills

Cons

- Have to buy new uniforms when they get dirty - Have to but nonslip back shoes - System is very complicated especially when you make a mistake - They have servers doing too much - Servers get paid 2.50 and hour (you usually don't see this due to tax) but with tips - Side work is not fun on top of your additional work
