Pros

The Owner makes himself available to every employee and resident. He is involved and motivated to make every property the best place to live in whatever the area it is. He hires only the best, and will make sure his regionals and VP are there to provide support for every one. Thankful to work for such a wonderful company!

Non thus far.. Have not had any problems.

The hours are great. You get a lot of holidays off. You get vacation and sick days. The owner is very hands on and understands what is going on. They really want whats best for the residents. They understand that a good work life balance is key to happy employees.

Cons

Nothing that would make me not like working for Silver Tree.
