It's nice to work at a place that you look forward to going to every morning. Great casual dress code as well. Jeans and t-shirts, shorts and flip flops work for me. The people here are some of the most talented I've worked with. There is always room for career advancement as well. I look forward to all the future growth in the coming years.

The culture is fantastic. The people that you work with are great. There has been A LOT done in the last ten months to improve the overall moral of the company. If you want to build a career here, management is more than willing to work with you. We have a ton of work that comes through here on a daily basis with, mostly, very short time frames. The teams pull together really well to get everything accomplished, but it can get stressful.This is definitely more than a job or a career -- its a lifestyle. Management has been really careful over the last few hires to make sure that the new people have great personalities and will fit in well with the culture. If you want to make a difference here and be part of the company, management is more than willing to work with you (if they think you're the right fit) to help you reach your goal. The great news is that we are growing -- very fast -- and the positive work that both the management and staff have put in over the last year or so are finally starting to show the rewards. We just won three awards for great work and our clients are happy. The company is definitely on the tail-end of making really positive shifts.
