was some turnover in the past but it seems like that is what helped the company change the culture dramatically for the better.

Professional yet casual in nature. Great work environment with a dedicated team of individuals with a wide array of talents. Management and staff work together to create a positive experience for our customers, both internal and external. Excellent benefit package and competitive compensation packages. Constantly improving the level of service provided to our clients, which allows us to attract exciting opportunities and projects for us all to be a part of.

Cons

If I had to choose something I would say that SilverTech is a growing company which brings many challenges. Most notably would be limited resources both in staff and toolsets. With adaptabilty and creativeness, the SilverTech team works around these obstacles and continues to provide a high quality product.

None that I can think of right now. People are really nice here and I enjoy working with the clients that we have. They are like family.
