      This company needs a time machine to come to 2021 as it is still operating like a 90s company. Put pressure on employees and you will get outcome is the world class strategy that they follow. Working here will completely exhaust you mentally. You will feel very unhappy and hopeless here and you will feel that your are wasting your valuable time. Hope this reaches all the people thinking to join this company and make them change their decision. You will regret big time if you even spend a month here.

      I joined Silverlink Nasik office 2 years back as Fresh College graduate from K.K. Wagh Engineering College. I had no idea that i am joining such a great career field. I learned the US/Canada Recruitment here and achieved everything one girl wish to do in her life. Today, I am earning very good salary/incentive and fulfilling my family's need. I thank you Silverlink Management, my Reporting Manager Mr. Ravi Shirodkar who were always supportive in any situation. For those, who wish to join Recruitment field, join this company.

      when i joined the company, in first few month i face trouble as Night shift was not suiting me. but later i used to it. There is No problem here as such. Girls enjoy their freedom just like make employee.
